RETURN POLICY Last updated: June 2026

Thank you for shopping with East Texas Safety Supply Company LLC. We stand behind the quality of our safety products and want you to be confident in every purchase.

RETURNS We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at sales@etxsafetysupply.com with your order number.

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Opened first aid supplies

  • Used PPE (gloves, eyewear, respirators, earplugs, etc.)

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Custom or special-order products

EXCHANGES If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

RETURN SHIPPING Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
