ORDER PROCESSING Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

TRACKING A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours. Provide photos of damage if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently ship only within the United States.
