MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES Most PPE and safety equipment is covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product type. If you believe your item has a defect, contact us and we will help determine whether it qualifies for a manufacturer warranty claim.

HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM Email us at sales@etxsafetysupply.com with:

• Your order number

• Product name

• Description of the issue

• Photos of the defect

We will review your claim and coordinate with the manufacturer. Warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer, not East Texas Safety Supply Company LLC.
